08811-40300 Front Idler Assembly

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

An affordable aftermarket option with premium quality is now available for Takeuchi 08811-40300 idler.
This idler fits multiple Takeuchi compact track loaders, as well as Gehl CTL70, CTL80, and Mustang MTL20, MTL25 models.

I. Product Function
As a large single-flange roller located at the front of the undercarriage, it is designed to tension and tighten the rubber track: when greasing the tensioner, the roller expands to achieve track tightening.

II. Product Features
The idler comes fully assembled with bearings and mounting arms (as shown in the picture), ready for use right out of the box.

Takeuchi: TL140, TL150, TL10, TL12, TL12v2 (serial numbers below 41200578), TL240, TL250
Gehl: CTL80, CTL85, CTL70, CTL75
Mustang: MTL20, 320, MTL25, 325

IV. Shipping Instructions
Due to the weight of this idler, it must be shipped via freight truck on a pallet.
Do not select the FedEx Ground option, as it will delay your order.
