Headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian Fortune Parts Co., Ltd. is a factory-integrated manufacturer & exporter specializing in R&D, precision machining and cross-border trade. Our core offerings cover construction machinery undercarriage assemblies (four wheels & one track) and high-precision automotive components.
We operate three dedicated manufacturing bases: a fastener plant in Nan’an Rongqiao Development Zone, a shaft pin & gear machining workshop in Nan’an Binjiang Machinery Equipment Park, and a stamping component facility in Quanzhou High-Tech Industrial Zone. Spanning over 80,000 sq.m. of production space, our workforce totals 500+ staff, including more than 80 full-time specialists for administration, R&D and international trade. All production, quality assurance and overseas sales operations run fully in-house.
With 30+ years of component manufacturing expertise, we maintain two core business lines: construction machinery undercarriage parts and automotive spare parts. CNC machining covers over 90% of all production workflows. Our workshops are equipped with domestic & imported precision forging presses, full-auto CNC grinders, turn-mill composite lathes, 4-axis vertical CNC machining centers and complete controlled-atmosphere heat treatment lines. Our in-house standardized metrology lab is fitted with full physical, chemical and metallurgical testing gear: CMMs, universal tensile testers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, NDT flaw detectors, salt spray corrosion chambers and gear runout gauges. We implement a three-tier QA protocol — incoming raw material inspection, in-process patrol monitoring and finished goods outgoing inspection — to guarantee tight dimensional tolerances and long-term wear resistance of all products.
A full-site digital management system is deployed, with all production strictly aligned to ISO/TS16949 automotive quality standards. We hold a complete suite of authoritative domestic & international certifications: ISO9001, ISO14001, GB/T28001, CNAB and QS9000. Standardized manufacturing sustains consistent product quality, and our factory-direct integrated model delivers stable supply to global clients.
Our product portfolio includes full excavator & bulldozer undercarriage assemblies: track rollers, carrier rollers, idlers, drive sprockets and track link assemblies. We also mass-produce automotive shaft pins, gears, industrial fasteners and stamped structural parts. Our professional internal trade division accepts customized OEM & ODM orders. Our products sell nationwide domestically and export in bulk to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and other global regions.
