PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The idlers of Kubota SVL series compact track loaders adopt a combination of dual flange and single flange designs. This highly versatile idler fits nearly all SVL models from the SVL65 to the SVL97-2c series and is a dual flange front idler.

I. Compatible Models and Installation Method
The idler comes fully assembled. It slides into the track frame from the front end of the loader and can be bolted to the existing yoke. It is guaranteed to fit the following Kubota SVL series compact track loaders:
Kubota SVL 75
Kubota SVL 90, SVL 90C, SVL 90-2, SVL 90-2C
Kubota SVL 95-2

II. Component Features
It is a large roller at the front of the undercarriage, with one front idler per side of the machine. It is commonly referred to as the “tension wheel” (note: the tensioner is not included; only the fully assembled idler wheel as shown in the picture is provided).
As visible in the picture, the dual flange idler fits perfectly on the edge of the rubber track guiding system, ensuring optimal track tension.

Due to the weight of the V0521-22900 idler, it must be shipped via freight truck on a pallet. Do not select the FedEx Ground option, as this will delay your order.

Fitment Restriction: This front idler does not fit the SVL65 series, for which an alternate part number is available.
Extended Compatible Models: The V0521-22900 front idler is known to fit the SVL 75 series, SVL 90 series, SVL 95 series, and SVL 97 series.
